Synopsis : 
In Delhi university Avantika is a teacher.because her father has suffered a heart attack,She has come back from New York where she teaches

she meets a temporary Professor called Ehsaan Khan ,During this period.begin seeing each other and love blossoms.

later A few months,A call from her university in New York received by Avantika.For the Fall Semister asking her to come back. 

Avantika breaks the news to Ehsaan.

Ehsaan tells her he doesn’t mind coming to the States with her,to find a job.But they need to get married first.

After the marriage, to start a new life they leave New York . In an Indian neighbourhood they buy a house and move in.

as they are setting up home. Hamid and Anjum , their conservative Muslim neighbours,invite them  for dinner. 

Next morning ,A women Salma met Avantika the night before at the dinner,visits her under the pretext of gifting her sweets. 

Avantika when  invites her in, she is in grave danger Salma tells her. Nothing is what it seems.

Salma pleads Avantika to help her.What follows next,is a series of incidents that sucks Avantika into a vortex of danger and intrigue. 

As out of control  her life spirals,Avantika realizes she was pawn in a huge game.
